Bobby Lee Turman

Bobby Lee Turman, age 72 of Boones Mill, went to be with the Lord January 16, 2026 at Franklin Health and Rehabilitation Center. Bobby was born April 2, 1953 to the late Melvin John Turman and Gladys Durham Turman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers Melvin Arnold Turman (Kathy Turman), and Gary Wayne Turman. Bobby was a simple man who never complained about anything. He was very selfless and would do anything for anybody.

Surviving are his sisters, Dianne Stump, Joyce Salmon; nieces and nephews Alice Foley, Lisa Furr, Brenda Furrow and Melvin Turman.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at Conner-Bowman Funeral Chapel with Rev. James H. Steele officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park. His family will be receiving friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
