Boulton Ivin

Boulton Ivin, age 84 of Union Hall passed away Sunday, April 25, 2010. Mr. Ivin served three years in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was past president of the Masonic Lodge of Easton, Maryland and a member of the Forestry Board for 10 years. He was an avid ballroom dancer and excelled at designing furniture and upholstery. Surviving are his wife, Lois Ivin; children and spouses, Barbara Koziczynski (Stanley), Donna Souren (David), Richard Freer (Connie), Michael Freer: grandchildren, Melanie, Alison, Mark, Michael, Matthew, Derek, Erin, Lindsey, and Kyle; three great grandchildren; one sister, Evelyn Dieterle. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christ Community Church, 14900 Old Franklin Turnpike, Penhook, VA 24137. Memorial services will be conducted from Christ Community Church 6:00 P.M., Thursday, with Pastor Ed McClain officiating. His family will be receiving friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Thursday at Lynch Conner-Bowman Funeral Home, 140 Floyd Avenue, Rocky Mount, VA. www.lynchconnerbowman.com
