Donn F. Fasick, Jr.

Donn Frederic Fasick Jr., 64, of Ferrum, VA, passed away surrounded by family on March 19, 2024. 

He was born on March 27, 1959, to Donn Fasick Sr. and Mary Gingell Fasick. He loved the outdoors, particularly fishing and hunting. When not in nature, he enjoyed woodworking and chores around the farm. No matter what his family (mostly wife and daughter) thought up, he would build it for them without question. He also enjoyed working on his project Mustang with his son and spending time with his grandson who could always bring a smile to his face. 

Donn was preceded in death by his parents, Donn and Mary, and his sister Kay. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Barbara Fasick, his son Frederic, his daughter Cassidy Vaughan (Charles), his grandson Colton Vaughan, and his sisters Lori Cowen (Scott), Teresa Fasick-King, Carol Woolman, Linda McGuinn (Michael), Dianna Hartmen (Tom), and brother Tom Fasick along with numerous nieces and nephews. 

He will be greatly missed but will live on in the hearts of his family and the smile of his grandson. The family will host a celebration of life this summer. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to
