Edward John Kamp

Edward John Kamp age 89 of Rocky Mount and formerly of South Jersey passed away at his home on Tuesday, December 11, 2018. A resident of South Jersey for most of his life, a Franklin County resident for the past 20 years, and a Jesus believing member Franklin Heights Baptist Church. Ed was a successful union sheet metal worker for his career having retired as Superintendent for Sheet Metal Local #27. He was a devoted and treasured husband of 64 years to his wife Elizabeth, a loving father of Brian Kemp and his wife Debbie, his daughter Karen Cundiff, a devoting grandfather to Lauren Ann Kamp. He was a very special man to those that called him friend. He will be missed and remembered by many. Services will be private.
