Eleanor Griffin

Eleanor Griffin age 78 of Ferrum passed away on Wednesday, April 7, 2021. She was born on November 9, 1942 a daughter of the late Tazewell E. Sloane and Willie Richards Sloane; and her husband, John F. Griffin, whom preceded her in death on April 9, 2017. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Turner and partner Jennie West and grandson, John Turner; son, William T. Turner II and wife Lisa and grandchildren, Ian, Cassaundra, Elijah and Mara Lynne. She adored her husband and her grandkids and her passion in life was rescuing animals.
