Harold S. "Steve" Hale

Harold Stephenson (Steve) Hale, age 85 of Boones Mill, passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at his home. He was born on July 30, 1932 a son of the late Joseph C. Hale and Katie Richardson Fields. He was also preceded in death by a son, Stevie Hale. He retired with 30 years of service as Terminal Manager with Overnite Transportation. He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Betty Lou Menefee Hale; other family members and friends. Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Conner-Bowman Funeral Home, Rocky Mount.
