Deborah passed away at her home in Union Hall on Wednesday, June 17th, 2026. Deborah Darlene Howell, at the age of 68.  Dear sister to John Howell and Dixie Kincaid. Special friend for many wonderful years to Kenneth Van Dyke. Predeceased by her parents Ralph Ellis Howell and Diane Nadine Barker. Deborah graduated from university with a Master's Degree in Foreign Languages and worked as an interpreter for many years. To honor Deborah's final wishes, cremation is scheduled to take place.  Deborah's funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Conner-Bowman Funeral Home and Crematory, 62 Virginia Market Place Drive, Rocky Mount, Virginia 24151
