Linda Jones

Linda Sue Dickens Jones age 70 of Wirtz passed away on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at her home. She was born on December 20, 1953, a daughter of the late James Thomas and Alice Prillaman Dickens. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Bobby and James Dickens; aunt, Betty Prillaman (Richard), and special aunt, Pearl Robertson (Odell).

She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Danny W. Jones; sister, Rose Kline (Larry); brother, Henry Dickens (Jean); her aunt, Norma Jean Hurley; uncle, Wayne Prillaman. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law, Pat and Glenna Dickens; numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to say a very special thank you to Carilion Hospice of Franklin County and to Nurses Touch for the love and care given and shown.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Wednesday at Conner-Bowman Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Poland officiating. Her family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
