Margaret Turner Allman

Margaret Turner Allman, age 89 of Glade hill passed away on Monday, December 13, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on August 3, 1932 a daughter of the late James and Natalie Turner. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Allman; children, Terri Allman, Mark Allman, Roscoe Allman and Rosemary Allman; brothers, Peewee Turner, John Turner; sisters, Shirley Hodnett, Evelyn Arrington; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dave and Vanna Allman. Margaret is survived by her sons, Gerald Allman (Patti) and Daryl Allman; daughters, Joan Dodson and Anita Allman; granddaughter, Kimberly Hunt; four grandsons, Ryan, Curtis and Philip Allman, and Brian Zeigler; nine great-grandchildren, Shane and Timmy Hunt, Max, Abe, Jake and Benji Allman, Hannah Allman, Huntyr and Laklyn Zeigler. Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren meant everything to her. She loved doing things for others, cooking delicious meals every Sunday for family. She also enjoyed going to different states watching and cheering on her sons Mark and Daryl at motorcycle races, watching her grandsons playing basketball and her great-grandsons playing baseball. She really loved and enjoyed talking on the phone with her friends. May you rest in peace dear wife, mom, granny and great-granny. Funeral services will be conducted from Lynch Conner-Bowman Funeral Home Chapel (Town Chapel) 2 p.m. Saturday, December 18, 2021 with Pastor Rick Poland officiating. Interment will follow in the Allman Family Cemetery at the home. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
