Michael Daniel Young

Michael Daniel Young ge 58 of Rocky Mount passed away on Friday, June 13, 2025 in Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Edith Young.

Surviving are his father Walter Daniel Young; daughter, Danielle Young (Matt); sister, Mary Ann Young (Paul Jr.); brother, Douglas "Doug" Young; nephews, Dakota Dillon and Caiden Young; great-nephew, Walker. He is also survived by special friends, Jackie Dyer, Ashleigh Brown (Michael); and three special  grandchildren, Easton Perdue, Oakleigh and Wrenleigh Brown; other relatives and many friends.

Graveside services will be conducted 11 AM Thursday, June 19, 2025 in the Young Family Cemetery, Harry Lee Young Drive, Rocky Mount with Pastor Rick Poland officiating.
