Robert Anthony Pallante, Jr.

Robert “Rob” was a devoted brother, father, uncle & friend. He passed away peacefully Saturday morning September 19th after a short battle with cancer.

Rob was born in Mt.Holly, New Jersey & decided to relocate to Virginia in 2005. He was employed by Cavco in Martinsville, VA as a rough end supervisor. Nothing made him happier than spending time with family & friends just listening to music while cooking out & going to concerts.

He is preceded in death by his father Robert Anthony Pallante Sr, mother Edith Sanabria & daughter Crystal Pallante.

Rob is survived by his sister Dawn, brothers Mike, Armondo & wife Kelley & Manuel. Also, his daughter Cheyenne Shepard, longtime companion Rhonda, many nieces/nephews as well as great nieces & nephews.

To honor Rob’s memory, the family welcomes donations to Compassion Church (New Hope Center) in lieu of flowers. Your presence & support mean the most.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 3, 2026 at Conner-Bowman Funeral Chapel. His family will be receiving friends from 12 until 2 prior to the service on Saturday at Conner-Bowman Funeral Chapel, 62 Virginia Market Place Dr., Rocky Mount, VA
