William Allan Carter

William Allan Carter, 53, of Ferrum, VA passed away Monday, February 24, 2020. He was born August 22, 1966 the son of the late Ralph Aaron Carter and Kate Marie Stanley Carter. Surviving are his wife, Windy Carter; two daughters, Kasey Carter, Jessica Barrett; three grandchildren, Jordan Meekins, Braylen Meekins, Jaiden Barrett; brother, James Carter; sister, Lynn Thompson (Richard); sister-in-law, Sandra Eames; brother-in-law, Rodney Ledbetter; numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 29, 2020, at the Carter Family Cemetery, Ferrum, VA.
