William Proctor, age 82 of Rocky Mount, passed away Saturday, October 6, 2012. Surviving are one son Steve Proctor; daughter-in-law Sharon Paisley; one sister Jackie Saunders; one special niece Debbie McCatherine; two granddaughters Amy Gibson (scott), Becky Contreras; two stepgrandsons Tommy Roop and Gary Roop; four great granddaughters Elizabeth Collins, Natalie Collins, Brianna Contreras, and Kayla Contreras; three special companions Kate, Annie and Finley. Special thanks to the Carilion Hospice Team. In lieu of flowers, please volunteer your time to spend with a senior. In lieu of donations, erect a birdfeeder for a seniors enjoyment. Arrangements will be private by Conner Bowman Funeral Home and Crematory, Rt. 220, Rocky Mount.
